"Explain to me again - How do I get paid?"
You'll be joint-venturing with us on a foreclosed-home property that will be rehabbed,
rented, and re-sold to a buyer who is looking for long-term cash-flow. (You are looking for near-term profits.) We are so confident
we'll quickly find a renter that we'll rebate your investement 1% per month until
we have a renter in place. Then you get rent checks. And soon thereafter,
resale profits. If the house sells in a year, you'll see around 25% in total
profits. If it sells faster, even more.
"Will you really be able to find a renter?"
Yes. We only buy inventory in neighborhoods with minimal vacancies and residents
who can afford rents of $500
or more per month. Our rehab process fixes them up to perfect condition, ready
to rent quickly and resale profitably. - And if you don't like a property
you're assigned, we'll swap you onto another one. No kidding.
"How many REOs can I partner with you on?"
