Our whole operation works on volume, and we sell homes on a first-come, first-served basis -
almost like they're coming down a conveyor belt.
When you buy with us, you fill out the purchase paperwork,
escrow funds for the number of properties you wish to buy, and are assigned the next properties from our sales queue.
It's quick, streamlined, hands-free and zero headaches.
If for some reason - actually, if for any reason - you don't like one of the homes assigned to you,
you can refuse it and we'll swap it for another.
(Remember, all our homes are worth a minimum of $57,000.)
You can do this swap up to three times, as long as it's within the first five days after title has been assigned.
...But the funny thing is, no one has ever actually taken us up on this offer.
Because remember: By the time a piece of property has made it into our inventory, it has made the cut after literally dozens of others have been reviewed and rejected.
So the "picking" of the properties has already been done.
When you buy with us, you know you're getting a great value.
And you're not buying these properties to live in yourself, or to hold on to long-term;
you're flipping them for a quick resale to generate monthly cash flow1.
1. Actually, if you want to hold a property, you're perfectly free to do so. It's all up to you.
You'll own the property 100%, free and clear, and we're in no position to tell you what to do.
