Our whole operation works on volume, and when investors buy with us, they do so on a first-come, first-served basis - almost like the properties are coming down a conveyor belt. 

To participate in one or more of our rental properties, you fill out the purchase paperwork, escrow funds for the number you wish to buy, and our escrow attorneys add your name to the title of the next properties in our sales queue.  It's a quick, streamlined, hands-free process with zero headaches. 

If for some reason - actually, if for any reason - you don't like one of the homes assigned to you, you can refuse it and we'll swap it for another.  You can do this swap up to three times, as long as it's within the first five days after title has been assigned.  ...But the funny thing is, no one has ever actually taken us up on this offer. 

Because remember: By the time a property has made it into our inventory, it has made the cut after literally dozens of other properties have been reviewed and rejected.  So the "picking" of properties has already been done.  When you buy with us, you know you're getting great value. 

And you're not buying these properties to live in yourself, or even to hold on to long-term: they are to provide you rental income in the short-term, and resale profits in a year or less.
