Below are some of the properties that have recently been rented and profitably resold

Curious How Our Purchase Process Works?
- All our properties are
$44,900
each. There are no hidden fees, commissions, or escrow costs -
this price includes everything to joint-venture with us and add you to the title
of an investment rental property, putting you in line for rebate, rental, and resale
income.
- You fill out, sign, and submit an Escrow Agreement and Purchase Agreement1.
- If you want to purchase using IRA or 401(k) funds, you complete the IRA Rollover
Forms.
- You submit your forms and wire funds to our Escrow Agent.
- The Escrow Agent will add you to the title of the next property on our sales list.
You are now a joint-venture partner with us, and first in line for all revenues
until we've resold the property for a minimum of $5,000 profit.
- If for any reason you're not satisfied with the property you're assigned,
you can opt to have it swapped for another within five days. You can do this
up to three times, and the reason can be anything. ("I don't like
the color.")
- By the very next month, you're
making money. Because:
- We immediately start to work upgrading the property to fantastic-looking, rent-ready
condition. While this is going on, we'll rebate your purchase-price 1% per
month (that's
$449, from us to you).
- Once we find a renter for the property, the rebates stop but the rental income goes
straight to you (minus a 10% fee from the property management company).
- And then we start straight to work on the property's resale, where you'll make even
more money - the first $5,000 in profits goes all to you, and a healthy split thereafter.
